Booking, deposit and cancellation policy
Bookings and deposit policy
A 20% deposit is required to confirm your booking within 8 days of written confirmation, otherwise the booking will be taken as provisional only, with the possible inability to reinstate the reservation.
Full payment must be made two calendar months prior to the departure of the safari – otherwise booking will be deemed as cancelled and deposit forfeited.

Cancellation policy
After the confirmation 20% deposit has been paid and booking is taken as confirmed:
2 calendar months prior to commencement of safari – 65% of total safari cost is forfeited.
6 weeks prior to commencement of safari – total safari cost is forfeited.
The above is at the discretion of Eco Africa Botswana.

Special requirements and insurance
Clients should be fully covered by their insurance and details should be forwarded at least 6 weeks prior to the commencement
of the safari.
Any medical conditions should be mentioned.
The “Guest info” sheet must be completed in full and returned at least 6 weeks prior to the commencement of the safari.

Please note: Rates are subject to Government VAT (12%), fluctuations due to increase in Park Fees or Government.
Levies are subject to change without prior notice.
Eco Africa Botswana reserves the right to change the itinerary if considered necessary.
